Judy’s House

Last year my great aunt Judy’s house burnt down. When I was home this past August my cousin and I decided to go over and see what was still there. These are my favorites.

The best of Boston

In honor of my departure  from Boston tomorrow I picked out a few of my favorite pictures from the past two years.

ZOO DAY! part 2

Here is the rest of my zoo friends.

This is what happens when you spend to much time in a cage, you start putting your head in weird places

I love him, I think it maybe because he looks similar to a beaver

always great

crazy eyes

ZOO DAY!

A few months ago my friend Kristin I discovered that we both have a love of the zoo and decided to go the franklin park zoo together. After 3 months and hours on the T we made it. Here are some of the new friends I made today.

I always love meeting a new turtle

I wish I could sleep in a tree that easily

This lovely lady is my new best friend, everything about her just so great

I was just completely captivated watching him, and he wasn't even doing anything.

The long way part 3

After our short stay in Maine we got on the road again, this time heading for Michigan. My first day in MI was by far my most productive day in awhile. I renewed my driver license, only about six months late, I was given a car and bike from my grandfather and was ready to try to visit as many people as I could in two days.  Over all it was really great to see everyone, yet at the same time sad that it was so short and there are many people I didn’t get a chance to see.

The long way home part 2

When my mom told me we would be going to Maine before heading back to Michigan it seem liked just what I needed. I’ve been in love with Maine for about 12 years now, to me it’s the perfect place to just breath. I think it’s something in the air that just makes you relax. It’s only my second time going but it couldn’t have been better timing. It was just as I remembered  it to be, peaceful and visually  stimulating at the same time. The only not so great part was the drive, now I know that it’s the car they have but I really feel my mom should have given me heads up that I would be spending 4 days in the back if a small two door car. It makes it a challenge to relax or even try to sleep when you can’t even sit facing the front do to a lack of leg room. However I made it and the pain in my neck is gone now so it all seems worth

it.

The long way home part one

I am on this journey from Boston back to Michigan to see family and get a car. So far this has been been a fun yet long trip. It all began last with family coming to Boston for my graduation and to visit me. For the first few day we just hung out around Boston and did some fun touristy things. This pictures are from the Boston aquarium I went to with my mom and Ricky. The next part of this series, coming soon, will be pictures from our stop in Maine.
